MEET THE CREW

Founded by Miles Pitcher, our academy is built on experience gained at sea and in the classroom. Miles is an MCA and RYA instructor whose career spans commercial workboats, yacht operations and the offshore wind industry. He has trained both new entrants and experienced crews working on pilot boats, crew transfer vessels and ferries, helping them develop the skills and qualifications their roles demand.

That practical background shapes every course we deliver: professional, hands-on training taught by instructors who understand the work, enjoy teaching it and know how to bring out the best in their students.
